Health Data Research Innovation Gateway
Health Data Research UK is the national institute for health data science and its mission is to unite the UK’s health data to enable discoveries that improve people’s lives. The Health Data Research Innovation Gateway provides a way to search and discover datasets and guidance on making health data available to researchers and innovators.

The Data use register provided below relates to data use cases approved at University Hospitals Birmingham under which data has been provided within ethical permissions.
It shows what researchers are doing with the data so patients and members of the public can feel confident it is only being used in the right way and for the right reasons.
